A hospital in UAE requires an Anesthesia technician.
Job description:
Maintains an environment of safety for patients, self and others; completes patient related duties according to the individual need of the patient with full consideration of the patient's safety needs; provides transport of patients to and from designated areas within the facility; cleans operating rooms, equipment and surroundings as needed; transports specimens, supplies and materials to and from departments within the institution; restocks supply areas with the unit as directed; assists at desk, answering phones, intercom and other duties as necessary; positions patient's safely under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or Physician; observes activity occurring in the unit and responds to needs appropriately.
Qualification Required:
1. BSc in Medical technology or clinical laboratory science or equivalent
Qualification required NLT 3 years of training course.
2. Graduate from an accredited MLT program leading to registration with ASCP/CSMLS or equivalent.
Current national license
Experience relevant to position:
NLT 2 years experience in a clinical laboratory environment
